Founded in 1992, Polestar Pilates is a worldwide provider of rehabilitation based Pilates education offering world-class Pilates instruction and certification courses. Polestar Pilates Asia was established in 2001, with a goal of producing high-caliber Pilates instructors throughout Asia. To accomplish this goal, Polestar Pilates Asia offers Pilates courses ranging from Beginner to Advanced skill levels throughout the year on the Pilates mat, Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and other devices, as well as continuing education courses to help our graduates stay at the top of their game. These courses are held throughout the main urban centers in Asia, at our Host Sites. Host Site locations include: Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, and Japan.

We work hard to ensure effective communication is in place for the varied range of Asian students that attend our courses- making sure to consider the native and most common languages needed in our different locations. Our host centers are fully equipped with high quality equipment, props, and our Polestar Pilates Educators are of the highest caliber.
