Whip Up A Tasty Summer Recipe Using Three Butchers HK Sausages And Baked Pumpkin

All you need are 1 kilo of butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut into 4cm pieces, 4 small red onions, 6 unpeeled garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons rice bran oil, 2 tablespoons small fresh basil leaves, a half cup of shaved parmesan cheese and 8 pieces of thick cumberland sausages you can get from Three Butchers Hong Kong.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a large baking dish by lightly greasing it. Place the pumpkin pieces, onion and garlic. Drizzle with oil. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the cumberland sausages for about 5 minutes or until they’re golden brown. Add the sausages to the tray with pumpkins. Bake for another 20 minutes.
