你微博了沒有？
新浪微博成為了繼Facebook後另一個火速走紅的交友聊天平台。

微博的設計，雖然與 Twitter 很像，但的確改良了很多；Twitter 設計很簡單，總之建立一個讓人發出 140 字母的短訊，開放了應用程式介面，其他的 Twitter 便不理太多了。不過，在Twitter 要回應一個“Tweet”，其實不太方便，令很多用戶互相回應的意欲減少，相反新浪微博若要作出「評論」回應，在介面上方便而且明顯。某名人發一微博後， 在短時間內得到數以百計的評論，並不出奇，但在 Twitter 就較少見了。

為什麼微博能在這麼短時間走紅?
微博可說是「後移動時代」的產物。據新浪統計，有三分之一的微博是由手機透過流動網絡發出的，而顯然他們無論在內地或香港，大多不是以短訊而是透過智能手機發出 的，更不得不稱讚新浪的周詳部署，除了網絡版本，他們也一拼推出了智 能手機版的apps如iPhone、Android、Symbian及Windows Mobile等，應有盡有。加上近年Social Media的一大趨勢正好就是 Social Networking Goes Mobile，同時推出手機版，用戶可透過手機即時上載圖片和視頻，直接把剛拍的相片上載到微博，其方便程度也是對用戶的一大吸引，難怪微博能在短時間內有幾何級數的用戶增長！正因用戶可以隨時隨地“Check”住微博，結果不知不覺地，微博就變成了迷博！

此外還有很多支援微博的周邊工具如Gtalk, Ping.fm和國內的嘀神, 均能令你更輕鬆簡易地將你想轉發的消息分享到不同的社交網站。

快來中國人氣網站"人人網"尋找你的朋友

"等我upload今日同班friend食飯既相上facebook先!" 有沒有點似曾相識的感覺?相信除了我，有很多香港人現在都喜歡把自己的生活趣事與朋友在網上即時分享，現在科技發達，人 人都在網上與朋友即時通訊、上傳相片及更新即時訊息，而且更可以尋回一些失去聯絡的朋友，所以絕大部份人也擁有一個什至或以上的社交網站帳戶。而近期我發現了一個與facebook很近 似的社交網站 - 人 人網 (renren)。

可能大家對人人網(renren)都 不太認識，但其實早於05年已創辦，人人網(renren)， 原稱校內網，是一個以模仿Facebook起家的社交網絡服務網站，同時也是中國大陸最早的校園社交關係網路平台之一，現在人人網(renren)已 改變僅攻學生市場，把市場轉向校外社會。校內網創辦於2005年12月， 創辦人是來自清華大學和天津大學的王興、王慧文、賴斌強和唐陽等幾位大學生。校內網的基本概念是限制給具有特定大學IP 位址或者大學電子郵箱的用戶註冊，直至2009年，校內網官方宣布其正式改名為「人人網」。而人人網(renren)也 不再特別限定某些人使用。人 人網(renren)與facebook的介面很相似，主要作用是為一群擁有相同興趣與活動的人建立線上社群。這類服務往往是基於 網際網路，為使用者提供各種聯係、交流的互動通路，如電子郵件、即時訊息服務等。他們通常通過朋友，一傳十十傳百地把網路展延開去，極其類似樹葉的脈絡， 所以中國大陸上的人們稱類似的網站為脈絡（人面）網站。人人網(renren)更 在美國三藩市及紐約成立營業及市務辦事處，開發北美超過四百萬華人社群市場，並為當地華人社群設計度身訂造的網站，務求吸納大中華地區以外的華人消費市場 及廣告商 。

社交網路為我們資訊的交流與分享提供了新的途徑。作爲社交網路的網站一般會 擁有數以百萬的登記使用者，使用該服務已成為了我們每天的生活。社交網路服務網站當前在世界上有許多，大家都熟悉的包括有Facebook、 Myspace、Orkut、Twitter等等。人人網、開心網等則在中國大陸較有名氣。我們可以透過社交服務網站與朋友保持了更加直接的聯繫，建立大交際圈，網站上提 供的尋找使用者的工具幫助我們尋到失去了聯絡的朋友們。

"願諒我這一生不羈放縱愛自由 那會怕有一天會跌倒"
相信80後的你一定聽過這首歌。

尤記得當年還是小學六年級生的我，在一次校 內宿營的活動中，我班男生們獻唱了這首歌，當年我校的同學們到很喜歡這首歌，不少同學也跟著我們邊唱邊哭。這該是我懂事以來第一次為音樂而流淚。亦令我和 音樂結下不解之源。

籍貫廣東台山的黃家駒，是1980年代前期至1990年代中期香港著名搖滾樂隊Beyond的主音及結他手，也是樂隊 低音結他手黃家強的二哥。
中五畢業後 ,家駒曾任職辦公室助理、五金、冷氣、水電工程、電視台佈景員等，甚至加入樂隊鼓手葉世榮任職的公司作保險經紀。

家駒初中時代因朋友的潛移默化愛上歐西流行音樂，17歲時更因鄰居搬 家留下一支結他，而令他與這種樂器結下不解之緣。1980年，黃家駒經琴行老闆介紹下認識葉世榮，發覺彼 此音樂興趣相近，聯同兩位朋友鄧煒謙及李榮潮一起組成樂隊作音樂交流，此為Beyond的雛型。1983年 Beyond正式組成，經過幾次人事變動，期間低音結他手黃家強及主音結他手黃貫中先後加入，終獲經理人垂青加入樂壇。
在Beyond組成首十年 發表之作品中，大部分均為黃家駒作曲及演唱。除了經樂隊發表作品，黃家駒偶然也為其他歌手作曲，曾經合 作歌手包括許冠傑、譚詠麟、麥潔文、王菲、蔡興麟等。

家駒是樂隊中靈魂人物，性格敢言，不時發表大膽的言論，因此有時令娛樂圈中人不滿。 然而其果斷、健談的個性，也令他成為樂隊的發言人及領導人物，帶領Beyond事業闖進多個高峰。經過多年努力，Beyond成為香港最舉足輕重樂隊之 一。由於對香港樂壇失望，加上希望樂隊能衝出香港，故九十年代初期，Beyond決定發展東南亞、台灣、中國、日本等市場。

1993年6月24日凌晨，Beyond於日本富士電視台錄影遊戲節目時發生意外，家 駒不幸從2.7米高舞台墮下，頭部着地重傷昏迷，留醫六天後於當地時間下午 4時15分逝世，終年31歲。這個消息成為不少樂迷的噩耗。

縱 使家駒而離開了我們17年，但他對音樂的熱誠，堅持和精神和音不但一直深深影響到香港人，本地樂迷除了舉辦一些記念活動外，甚至連一隊外國的聲樂組合也被 感染到，趁在家駒的死忌6月30日用音樂向他作出敬。

夏天一到，香港各大美容院的 廣告掙相出爐為各女士們送上最新的美白套餐。 讓每一位女士都為炎炎夏日做足準備，我不抗拒太陽，有時什至會與陽光玩遊戲。 因為每一次從雜誌廣告看到些外國明星，都發現她們擁有令人羨慕的古銅色肌膚。很久以前，香港藝人古天樂便因曬了一身古銅色肌膚而令他的事業攀到高峰。 但始終女士？還是白一點好，近幾年，香港開始有曬燈專門店的出現，曬黑，古銅色肌膚亦不再是男士的專利，走在旺角，銅鑼灣的街頭，不難發現有著擁有古銅色 肌膚的＂潮人＂看來美白不再是代表漂亮的首要條件。

你 要知道，紫外線可是對皮膚一個大傷害，紫外線照射對皮膚的慢性作用，主要會造成皮膚的老化，外觀上會產生乾燥、皺紋、彈性喪失、微血管擴 張、色素異常、脂漏性角化等變化，長期不當的暴露更會造成皮膚腫瘤的發生，不可不慎。就算我這些不怕與陽光玩遊戲的都總怕皮膚老化，而且夏天已經來到，怎可以以最快的時間為肌膚變色?最近於soutv頻道看到Sense of Touch有提供噴霧式助曬(Sunless Tanning)，噴霧式助曬(Sunless Tanning)是使用一種含有二羥基丙酮（dihydroxyacetone，亦稱DHA)的 液體 ， 均勻噴灑在消費者全身。二羥基丙酮萃取自甘蔗，原用以治療肝醣儲積症， 後來醫師意外發現此種物質沾到人體時，皮膚會留下深色印記，於是在一九七○年代經FDA核准為安全的化妝品成分。噴霧式助曬法完成後， 其中的二羥基丙酮會與肌膚表皮層的胺基酸交互作用，皮膚會在數小時內會成為古銅色 ，效果約可維持五至七天。亦有一種是仿曬產品，其中部分產品就是以二羥基丙酮為主要成分。所謂「仿曬產品」，其實是一種自然的變色劑，它是藉由涂抹的方式，令肌膚變成蜜糖般的古銅色 澤。通常，仿曬產品分為乳液狀、膏狀、粉狀、幕斯狀、噴霧狀甚至布狀，性質上也區分為不需藉助陽光的Sunless和需要陽光幫助上色、有SPF值的防曬品；色澤則有中度黑、黝黑或微微發光的古銅色或者蜜糖色。一般來說，肌膚需要十五至 三十分鐘才會完全吸收仿曬品，所以塗上仿曬品後，切勿立即穿衣，否則會弄污衣物，至於效果則可持續數天、一星期甚至一個月。

噴霧式助曬 操作設計簡便，想一試古銅色肌膚的誘惑滋味，也有些步驟要注意，例如:使用前，必須徹底潔凈肌膚！首先以磨砂膏去除面部和身體的角質，如此一來，仿曬品才 會均勻地、快速地滲透入肌膚；而且也不會因為肌膚表面過多的角質和死 皮，讓仿曬品不能均勻上色，出現深淺不一的醜態。另外，清潔之後，可別急著塗上仿曬產品！為了滋潤、而且容易塗抹，可以塗上一層潤膚乳，讓上色更便捷。
