Polestar Pilates Asia CEC Workshops: Rotational Sports
At Polestar Pilates Asia,
there is an increasing demand for advanced look at exercises that are
designed for people who are involved in rotational sports, such as golf
and tennis, as well as those who are simply looking to improve their
health and wellness. That demand has been heard, and on April 28, 2018,
Polestar Pilates will be addressing this by delivering an advanced
8-hour Pilates course on Rotational Sports, including techniques and exercises designed to keep your client’s muscles healthy while performing these sports.

rotational sports, it gets even better, as the Rotational Sports course
will be led by Polestar Pilates Senior Educator Alexander Bohlander! In
addition, Mr. Bohlander will also be leading Pilates for Men (Healthy and Happy Men), and Introduction to Neurorehabilitation with Pilates,
4 hours each, on Sunday 29 Apr 2018. There will be much to learn on
this jam-packed weekend and you will be getting that education from one
of the best in the business.
