Mat Pilates Qualification Course
This
course offers more in depth instruction on Pilates principles and
techniques, as well as hands-on Pilates Mat practice with emphasis on
group dynamics. This course will also help you work your way towards
full qualification!
Comprehensive Qualification Course
Our
comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction on Pilates
principles and techniques. It also includes hands-on practice using the
Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and other small

Reformer Qualification Course
This
two-day Pilates experience will teach you how to deliver four basic
Pilates Reformer classes comprised of preparatory and original Pilates
Reformer exercises. Your instructor will also provide real-time practice
on the Pilates Reformer, reviewing each of the 4 Pilates Reformer
sequences.
Gateway Equipment
Are
you already familiar with Pilates Mat and now looking to expand your
repertoire to include knowledge on Pilates equipment? Gateway Equipment
is a great course for those that want to start teaching on the full
range of equipment, and will teach you how to provide basic Pilates
Equipment classes comprised of preparatory and original Pilates
