Baby back ribs are cut from where the rib meets the spine after the loin is removed. The upper ribs are called baby back ribs, but not because they come from a baby pig! They're only called baby because they are shorter in relation to the bigger spareribs. Baby back ribs  require low, slow cooking time to become nice and tender. They are great for smoking, braising, grilling, or can be cooked in the oven. The ribs also take well to spice rubs and sauces.

Recipe to try: Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet and sour pork is a classic Cantonese dish that is loved across the globe. With its fine taste balance between sweet and sour, and its crispy texture topped with green peppers, it is undoubtedly one of the most popular Chinese dishes. Omega-3 pork takes this dish to a new level with juicy, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness- as well as an added health boost!

Pork belly responds well to slow, patient cooking, resulting in a tender, melt in your mouth meat, which you can serve straight away or cut into thick slices to crisp on the grill. Pork belly is a rich cut and can withstand high temperatures without drying out. Add even more flavor by adding a dry rub or glaze to your pork.
  • A dry rub is a mixture of herbs and spices, with no liquids.  It creates a crust; enhancing flavor without adding moisture.
  • A glaze is a thick, rich sauce brushed onto pork as it’s cooking on the grill. Often sweet and spicy by nature, common glazes include barbeque sauces, honey sauces and fruit sauces.
