Cooking Sous Vide
When it comes to timing when cooking sous vide, it tends to be more forgiving than other method of cooking.  The traditional way of cooking is to provide at least 15 minutes on every half inch of the thickness of your pork.  This will result in tender, melt in your mouth pork.

  1. Preheat the precision cooker to 60 degrees C, let the water achieve the desired temperature before adding your Flodins Omega-3 Pork.
  2. Add seasoning to your Flodins Omega-3 Pork and bag it. Use a zipper lock or vacuum seal bag in order to prevent the juices from spilling.  If you are using other aromatic ingredients, make sure the bag is not too crowded.
  3. Drop the bag in the water of the precision cooker.  If it sinks, then your bag is sealed properly.
  4. After cooking it at around 1-4 hours (based on the thickness) remove it from the bag and discard the other ingredients
  5. Cook it in a traditional way on a cooking pan.  Flip it and baste it until you achieved a perfect golden brown.
