The 2016 racing season is approaching faster than a Formula One driver and Sideways Driving Club couldn’t be more excited to continue sponsorship of some of Hong Kong’s top professional motorists. Among the lot of Sideways-sponsored drivers are Edgar Lau, Matt Solomon and Darryl O’Young each of whom had a great season last year and promises to improve in the coming season.
Young Edgar Lau capped a strong 2015 campaign with a victory at the Sideways Driver Shoot Out last December. He is a prodigious talent and a California native that we are happy to have on our roster this season. And, although the switch to the Asian circuit will not be easy, with the simulators at Sideways Driving Club to practice on, Lau will certainly be ready for the starting line. In fact after his recent victory, Edgar himself said “The simulator experience at Sideways definitely helped. I really want to thank PS Racing and Sideways for giving me this opportunity.”

The Asian Youth Orchestra
The Asian Youth Orchestra members are selected through a rigorous audition process that singles out the foremost qualified members. Participants from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam are all welcome to audition and have feature representatives on the orchestra.
Currently, there are several countries where auditioning period is still open. The audition dates vary. In Manila, Philippines, the auditions will be held on February 20, and in Hanoi, Vietnam, the audition date is on February 24 among other dates, times, and locations in other Asian countries.
